Faculty/Staff Outstanding Volunteer Service Award

This award recognizes extraordinary sustained volunteer service on behalf of the WSU Foundation and Washington State University. Special consideration is given to retirees of the University. Each framed certificate is uniquely designed and identifies the recipients’ accomplishments.

Each member of the recognition committee will review all nominations. Please enumerate on sustained VOLUNTEER service to the WSU Foundation and Washington State University. Please provide as much information as possible about your nominee by answering the following questions. You may attach a supporting letter. Current WSU Foundation employees are not eligible for nomination.
