Senior Director of Development

Tamara LaFrance

Tamara serves as Senior Director of Development for Foundation Relations and focuses on identifying, cultivating, and advancing partnerships between private foundations and WSU research expertise and vision. She assists foundation partners and facilitates their interactions with WSU, supports faculty, administrators, and staff with proposal development for private foundation gifts and grants, and works with funded research teams to help ensure that the university is a good steward of the funds granted. Tamara has worked in the non-profit sector for 20 years to support programs and research that benefit our world.

Director of Development

Donny Cozzi

As Director of Development, Donny manages foundation partnerships across the WSU System. Donny received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida, master’s degree in strategic communications management from Florida International University, and graduate certificate in project management from the University of Denver.

Director of Development

Kristin Liszkowski

Kristin Liszkowski, the Director of Development for Foundation Relations, thrives on collaboration and innovative thinking. As part of the team, Kristin provides assistance in research, proposal writing, management, and stewardship while managing a portfolio of major private foundations. Go Cougs!

Assistant Director of Development

Zenna Glaser

As the Assistant Director of Development, Zenna provides financial and administrative support for awarded grants and works closely with faculty and colleagues to distribute new grant opportunities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Washington State University.
