Introduction to WellCoug & Occupational Wellbeing

Maria Royall, HR Assistant Senior & Wellness Coordinator, will host an interactive, introductory session of WellCoug, a comprehensive employee wellbeing program sponsored by Human Resource Services.  She will also explore the importance of occupational wellbeing to promote healthy work-life balance, meaningful work, and a good fit in your job.

Environmental & Physical Wellbeing
Yoga in the park! Join Marcia Gossard, College of Veterinary Medicine Senior Writer for Communications & Development and registered yoga teacher at Reaney Park for a mindful experience where our senses are engaged with the outdoors and our stress is relieved through calming exercise. Please wear appropriate workout clothes and bring your mat or blanket and water.

Emotional Wellbeing
Emotional wellbeing means being attentive to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, both positive and negative. Maria Royall will lead a discussion on emotional wellness and resources available to all employees.

Expand your knowledge on nutrition to achieve a healthier you. Registered Dietitian, Alice Ma, WSU Dining Services, will provide tips and tricks for incorporating a balanced diet into our daily lives. Healthy snacks will be provided!
