Give to WSUTo Ghery (’75 Elec. Engr.) and Marilyn (’75 Hort.) Pettit, WSU is home. Their shared passion for WSU has led them to support programs in their majors, the Cougar Marching Band, the College of Veterinary Medicine, and more for nearly 30 years. They believe in showing their school spirit by attending basketball games and proudly wearing the University’s colors. But they also believe that helping today’s students enjoy the same advantages they had as students is an obligation, not just an option.
The couple decided to build upon their years of annual support by naming WSU in their estate plans. In doing so, they are ensuring that the impact of their annual gifts will continue into perpetuity and are proud that their legacy will support continued educational excellence at WSU.
